Everything was as expected: nice staff and food. The classic queen room was good sized, had central heating, an iron and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Classic hotel by River Churn.

Hotel is a brilliant place for a weekend in Cheltenham. Staff was absolutely HELPFUL, overall experience was pleasant. Enjoyed how very clean the room was. The food choices were fabulous.
